Nackenverspannungen lösen mit Qigong und Achtsamkeit (Brucker)
€24,80
In 50-70 percent of painful neck tension cases, no explanatory spinal finding is discovered. The pain arises from poor posture, leading to lymph congestion and fascial adhesions. The world of computer work and increased inner tension are particularly contributing factors. This book shows how to treat these complaints with Qigong and mindfulness.
