A tight hug can make you forget everything bad for a moment, and this book certainly does. After some initial confusion about what the Shadow Angels are all about, I got straight into the story. An up and down of emotions, a good dose of suspense and a lot of questions as to why the protagonist gets involved in all this when she could have it easier await the reader. The relaxed writing style makes the book perfect for in-between reading, but I would have liked a bit more of the action at the end at the beginning.
All in all, I would award ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.5/ 5⭐️.

An exciting book with a great message about friendship, love and solidarity. I could see myself in the main character and this book showed me once again how important it is to maintain friendships and to trust the people you can really rely on. I can definitely recommend SDOF and I'm sure my friends will love it as much as I did.
