Vom östlichen Wind verweht (Kolev)
€14,00
This book contains three short stories. What all three stories have in common is that they are about Bulgarians who have left their country for one reason or another, about their fates and upheavals, about their search for happiness.
One night in Dresden (Trascho): In the first story, you are transported into the atmosphere of Varna, Berlin and Dresden in the seventies and get a small taste of the colorful life of Bulgarian students in Dresden. The author tells with lightness and humor about a future successful businessman who has an incredible destiny and who, with his instinctive intelligence, masters situations that most people would capitulate to.
The Princess of the French Legion (Velitschka): The second story is also about the incredible fate of a Bulgarian woman whose parents emigrated with the royal family in 1944.
A pianist in Florence (Rosi): The third story takes you to Florence in the 1980s and depicts a talented girl's search for happiness in several episodes.
